The Process
Design Renderings
At Devini we start each client experience with a complimentary design session. This is an opportunity to gain ideas from subject matter experts who work on kitchen & bath design projects, all day everyday. They live and breath the world of kitchen & bath renovations. Our designers will look at your inspiration photos ahead of your first call to jump start the session and give you as much input as possible as early as the very first kick off meeting Whether its be a bathroom renovation or an entire house rebuild, our team of experts spares nothing to ensure a successful white glove customer experience.
Material Selection
Many are overwhelmed with the variety of choices and contradicting information. Your dedicated designer will work with you to understand your vision, goals, budget and timeline. They will be your trusted advisor throughout the entire journey to ensure you make the best possible decisions within every aspect of the project. No detail goes overlooked when working with our team (you can say we’re a bit obsessed with the craft). Project Management
All our services include a dedicated Project Manager (PM) responsible for coordinating meetings, ensuring deadlines are met, providing daily/weekly progress reports, and acting as an extension and source of truth for you. Your PM is guiding you every step of the way, ensuring all bases are covered and every detail is accounted for to avoid oversights, ahead of time. Every project starts with a kick off call to get a complete understanding of the scope of work and ensure full alignment. This includes access to a shared living document with real-time updates. We use this documentation to outline critical deadlines, milestones, pre-defined requirements & success criteria, desired communication methods, contact information, and expected outcomes. This allows us to track progress and success as a team with complete transparency.
Build & Install
We are in the trenches with you, rolling up our sleeves, as if this was our very own home. We will work with you to properly install and configure all materials, ensuring a successful implementation.
